Humera was so lovely, listened to what I wanted with my hair and then gave me the most beautiful cut! This was my first time with her and I'm glad I came. She really took her time to perfect my hair. Charlotte is absolutely amazing! She consistently goes above and beyond to make me feel so comfortable, welcome, and relaxed every time I visit the salon. From the moment I walk in, she creates such a friendly and professional atmosphere, making every appointment a lovely experience. Her attention to detail and genuine care are second to none, and she always takes the time to ensure my haircut is exactly how I want it. My daughter had a waxing session with Alisha and as a 13 year old she is very self conscious but she said Alisha made her feel at ease and comfortable. The waxing was done with ease and left no marks and was done quite quickly. Would highly recommend and will be visiting again. Thank you Alisha x
