I visited for a facial and back treatment. The service was absolutely amazing and Salma was wonderful. It was a very calming and relaxing experience and she took the time to have a conversation with me prior to the treatment about what I’m looking to get out of treatment. She really took her time, and a lot of care when doing the facial and massage. She also gave a scalp massage which was lovely. I will definitely be visiting again and recommending to friends and family. Thank you so much.

Sara was so lovely and full of great advice. Anyone who is unsure about what shape, sizing, colours etc, she will not do you wrong! This lady has 17 years experience, one to be trusted. A lovely, clean, cool and inviting establishment, Tandis is definitely a great place to go for your nails, but they offer so many other beauty services and I will most definitely be visiting again. I opted for BIAB nails and this was my first time and I'm so happy with the quality and the overall results. Thank you Sara :).

Molly was so welcoming from the moment I arrived and made me feel completely comfortable. The hair wash was especially lovely- she was so gentle and soothing, never rough, and it felt incredibly relaxing. Very professional, as always, but in a comfortable way. Lovely coffee and does exactly what I want each and every time without doing something which wouldnt suit me, work for my hair. Ant is clearly experienced in this field and the salon is lovely, everyone is welcoming and its an easy location to park at considering its central birmingham. I travel from Tamworth and its always such an easy route. I also have very thick hair and normally takes hours to highlight/dry but Ant has been doing this a while which means he has the ability to be swift without cutting corners. Recommend to anyone.
