This is my second visit to Universo Hair - Santina and Phoebe are always very welcoming and accommodating. Santina is very friendly and I am really pleased with my wash, haircut and blow wave. This is a beautifully presented salon and I especially loved the extremely comfy chairs that you can lean back on to get your hair washed and massaged in. Thankyou and see you next time!

My hairdresser Rachel was amazing! She listened to what I wanted and made some really good suggestions which we both went with. She is bubbly, warm and kind and her skills are some of the best in Melbourne. I will be coming back to Eran Benn soon! x

Santina is an outstanding hairdresser and experiened in all aspects of hair styling including color and perms. She is also extremely detailed and meticulous with her preparation and the end result is always fabulous!

Love the haircut. First time with Loretta so I was a bit uncertain. It was clear she knew what she’s doing. Highly experienced at cutting hair but also taking the time to understand what I wanted. Will definitely be rebooking with Loretta.
