I had my first laser hair removal session at Glow Lab today and had a very good experience. The staff were friendly, professional, and explained the procedure clearly before starting. Raji is absolutely amazing! I've had several waxing experiences over the years, and nobody compares to her. She is incredibly professional, gentle, and makes what could be an uncomfortable appointment feel so easy and stress free. From the moment you meet her, she makes you feel welcome and comfortable. If you're looking for a wax therapist who is skilled, professional, and genuinely wonderful, I cannot recommend Raji enough. She is simply the best!

Absolutely amazed by the service, value for money, and professionalism! I’m genuinely impressed and still can’t believe how beautifully everything turned out. A huge thank you to the entire team my lashes and brow lamination look stunning! If I had done this in the UK, I would’ve easily paid so much more. Couldn’t be happier with the results. I got an eyebrow threading and upper lip waxing done. The whole process went smoothly and very little pain while threading. I keep visiting them because the pain is much lesser compared to my usual spots. Will visit again!

He consistently does an amazing job, and I always feel completely confident when he takes care of my hair. Without a doubt, he is the best hairstylist I have found in Colombo. I had my hair colored by Mr. Kevin and I absolutely love the result! Kevin is a true professional and I was blown away by the final look. I've visited several salons before but no one has treated my hair with such care. The entire experience was comfortable and painless. The staff who washed my hair were also excellent and very attentive. Everything was done efficiently and on time with no unnecessary waiting.
