I had the Hydro Facial Deluxe with LED Light Therapy with Ilona, and my skin looked and felt amazing afterwards. It felt deeply cleansed, hydrated and incredibly smooth, with a healthy glow that I noticed straight away. My complexion looked much fresher without any irritation, and my skin felt soft and refreshed all day. Ilona was friendly, professional and explained each step of the treatment, making the whole experience relaxing and enjoyable. I would definitely recommend both the treatment and Ilona, and I'll be booking again, thanks lovely ❤️

The hot stones massage by Emily was outstanding. Her technique and professional approach put me at ease and she worked very effectively on the areas I had mentioned. Best haircut I’ve had in years!! Emily is friendly and attentive, gives great advice, and clearly knows what’s she’s doing. Since moving to Worcester 2 years ago, I’ve tried a few different places to get my hair done. Now I’ve found the place I’ll go back to every single time. Thank you Emily!
