I honestly can’t recommend Joanne enough. She made me feel completely comfortable and at ease throughout my whole colonic experience, especially as it can feel a little nerve-wracking at first! I’ve worked alongside Joanne in the NHS for 5 years, so knowing she’s such a highly qualified Emergency Response Nurse Practitioner immediately reassured me. She puts everything into her work, and her incredible knowledge of the digestive system and gut health really shines through. Joanne is one of the kindest, most caring people I’ve ever met, and her experience and professionalism make you feel safe!

Knowing she’s a nurse practitioner gave me complete confidence from the start. She explained everything clearly, treated me with kindness and reassurance, and made me feel safe throughout. Afterwards, I felt lighter, less bloated, and so much more comfortable. Her beautifully decorated clinic feels relaxing rather than clinical. Thank you for such a wonderful experience — I’ll definitely be back! x

Wow! What an amazing experience and the results were even better than I expected. Joanne was so professional, knowledgeable, and made me feel completely comfortable throughout the entire process. She explained everything clearly, including the benefits for gut health and what to expect during and after the treatment, which really put me at ease. I went in feeling bloated and uncomfortable, and now I genuinely feel like a new woman! My stomach feels flatter, the bloating has massively reduced and I feel so much lighter! Had a full body exfoliation with Preet today, everything was communicated well and I was kept comfortable throughout. Much better exfoliation experience than some other big name spa places I've been to! Also had some threading and brows done too which is always a pleasant experience at Cover beauty.
