I have been having sports massage with Gina, she is very professional, efficient and always looks after me. She adjust the massage level according to my personal needs and can offer advise on how to improve to minimise injuries.

I went to see Gina for a deep tissue massage as I have a reoccurring issue with my shoulder. I left feeling so good and relaxed and the pain had gone. Gina explained to me why the issue is reoccurring and ways to prevent it

I had a wonderful Reflexology session with Jane today. It was very relaxing and I highly recommend her. I will be going back very soon for a Water Mastery Healing session.

Love my visits to XnailsbysophX have never been disappointed! Nails are always done to a very high standard and great to have a good chat with Sophie. She’s so thoughtful - gave me a scratch card gift for Easter and I won £5 off next time 😊

Excellent massage therapy as always for neck, shoulder and lower back pain. Gina also helped with my tight quads which have been causing knee pain. She’s very knowledgeable and always professional.
