Liene was a fantastic host. She accommodated our lateness for the treatment initially and her communication was second to none. The treatment itself was dreamlike and very relaxing. So much so that my partner felt like she was in a trance and could have stayed on the treatment table forever. Further to this, because it was her birthday, Liene have her a gift and card. These small touches show that the art of customer satisfaction is not dead. It is alive and well in Cleethorpes. Had an amazing facial last week with Alice. Lovely talking treatment room and I was made to feel very welcome as soon as I arrived. Alice talked me through the treatment and what each step was for/the benefits for my skin. I've woken up with such a nice natural looking glow to my skin this morning and my breakout has definitely gone down and looks so much clearer
