ArtPM is the cutest, cleanest, nicest, and best permanent makeup/tattoo spot I have ever visited (and I have 11 tattoos and permanent brows and eyeliner). They always make sure to take their time and do it right and to your liking. The girls that work there are friendly and incredibly helpful and I love supporting a woman-owned small business. I cannot recommend ArtPM enough.

The process of getting a tattoo at Kvitka was exceptional from beginning to end. Tatti was super communicative before we met, she took the photographs I had for inspiration and did her own research. When I arrived she asked me great questions about what I wanted, where, and how big, and she listened carefully to all my answers. The artwork she created free hand is so beautiful, and the final tattoo is amazing. I love it. I could not recommend this studio more highly.

This was honestly the best experience I could have had for my 1st (and 2nd) tattoo. Victoria was phenomenal. She was not only patient and understanding, but her work is so beautiful. I cannot wait to come back for another tattoo.

Viktoria (Vika) was so talented, thoughtful, gentle - a real joy to work with. Very happy with my lip blushing from Anastasiia! She color matched my favorite lipstick, she explained every step of the process, and she used generous amounts of numbing cream to make the process as comfortable as possible.
