1st visit - so only had consultation and 'patch test' (to make sure I don't have a bad reaction). Booked session next week. Place is lovely and clean and well presented. Very open and honest about what I can/ can't expect.Very good 1st impression.

Popped in for a patch test on a piece that I'm hoping to lighten enough to cover. Have had laser before by another provider, and Echos was far superior in terms of equipment, furniture, and cleanliness. The room was spotless, Lewis was great to chat to, and overall an excellent experience. Will be back in a few weeks for a full session, cheers!

Lewis is very diligent and kind, he explains the process clearly and is very upfront about the process of tattoo removal. The clinic is always wonderfully clean and I’m so glad I found this place because this is the best laser clinic I’ve been to - and I’ve been to a few clinics!

I can’t recommend Lewis highly enough for laser tattoo removal. I went in pretty nervous about the whole process: pain, results, scarring etc… Lewis put me at ease right from the consultation. He’s incredibly knowledgeable, explains everything clearly (laser types, session count expectations, aftercare), and genuinely cares about getting the best outcome for each client.

Just had my first consultation and patch test with Lewis, he’s very knowledgeable & honest also putting me at ease from the start, very considerate of the heat messaging me to make sure I was ok to make the appointment due to extreme weather & making sure the air conditioning was on for my visit, look forward to starting my course of laser treatment
