Absolutely fantastic! I live in Swansea, and it is worth travelling to Cardiff to have treatment in this salon. Suzanne is a really lovely lady who puts you at ease, straightaway. . Today I went for a top-up on my Brows. She made me feel so welcome, we chatted as if we'd been friends for years. I will recommend Suzanne to everyone, she is Professional and very reasonable. Amazing! This was my first time at Empress Piercing, to get my coconuts (lol) pierced. Courtney made me feel so relaxed. We had a nice chat all the way through. She was really quick and professional and made it as simple and painless as possible. She also wrote down the info of how to take care of my piercings, which was really helpful. 10/10 would recommend!

I had such a great experience getting tattooed by Jess at Vere Street Tattoos today. Jess really listened to what I wanted and helped fine-tune the design so it would look amazing both now and long-term. The tattoo itself turned out incredible. The linework is crisp, the detail is beautiful, and everything is so thoughtfully done. You can tell Jess genuinely cares about her work and making sure her clients leave happy. She also made the whole process easy and checked in throughout to make sure I was comfortable, plus gave super clear aftercare advice.

In Cardiff for work and needed a haircut, booked in with Dan with just 24 hours notice and had the best buzz cut skin fade and beard trim I've had for ages. Friendly, good chat and listened to what I wanted. Will definitely be back when I'm next in Cardiff. Don't hesitate to book or call in if you're in Cardiff even if you're just visiting.

Morgan was absolutely fantastic during my third lobe piercings appointment today - she was really clear and reassuring and allowed me to be picky with placement and my choice of jewellery without hassle! The piercing itself was extremely smooth, fast, and almost pain free, with no discomfort at all in the hours after! Best piercing to date and I'll definitely be heading back to Morgan for my next appointment (as soon as I've worked out what to have next!).
