The massage was good overall, and it was the same experience as last time, but I forgot to send detailed feedback then. Since it’s the last part of the massage, I think it could be improved so the session ends more relaxing. For the head and shoulder part while lying down, it felt a bit more like poking rather than soothing. I think it would feel better with smoother, gentler movements and a more steady, relaxing pressure. A slower and more calming finish would really help end the massage on a better note. Thank you, and I really appreciate the hard work of all the staff.

At first, I checked with a strong massage, but no matter how long I waited, the masseur didn't do it strongly, so after almost 30 to 40 minutes, I requested a strong massage. I don't know why it wasn't properly conveyed to the massage therapist from the beginning. That part is a bit disappointing. The herb spa was good, but the shelf for the clothes I took off was too small, so I almost fell off.

Lovely spa with very sweet staff. Nice also so support a spa with an ethnic minority focus. The spa is hard to find down the winding charming alleyways but worth finding!

The staff is very nice. Closed to Hang Ma street. It is good place to relax after travel the old quarter. I love Hanoi

Staff is so friendly and thoughtful. I wanted to avoid touristy places in the old quarter, so it was nice to escape the crowds and come here. I also love that this place is inclusive. I took the signature package 2, with the herbal bath, and it was all so relaxing and comfortable. I highly recommend you come here.

I've worked as a massage therapist 20 years in 5 different countries. I had hundreds of massages. Tui gave me the best massage I ever had in my life. She is not only freaking strong, but also extremely sensitive. She triggered every muscle fiber, dig deep and fearless where the pain was. Truly amazing experience. 100% recommended

I was really happy with the consultation and the facial. My skin feels really nice and the facial was very relaxing. As for the brown lamination, unfortunately, I don’t like the result of it.
