Alessandra is amazing at what she does! I’ve been to her at least 5 times since I switched from my previous lash lady of 4 years. Alessandra is consistent, knowledgeable, great at shaping, kind, flexible and accommodating with scheduling, and her music playlist is relaxing! I highly recommend her services.

Honestly extremely blessed to have found Wispies Lashes when I did. I went to another facility to get my lashes done and they were, for a lack of words, horrible. She tooke them of with great care and gave me exactly what I was asking for. Glad to say she has a permanent patron.

i was impressed with the cleanliness of the store and the warm greeting i received, however i was concerned about being the only ones there at the time so I couldnt feel totally relaxed for safety reasons. I was hoping for a more spa experience as far as smells, quietness as everything was more cheap perfume fragrance and I heard double music. I was also looking for more headspa experience with more relaxing head massage and water massage. The technician was very sweet and respectful of my time and non speaking which I requested. I wish i could say more but i did leave feeling somewhat underw

I came to Elite before my vacation and recently returned for a fill. As an introvert, I love the calm, relaxing atmosphere where I can enjoy my appointment without feeling pressured to make small talk. After a bad experience at another salon that left my eyes irritated for days, Emma completely restored my trust. Vivian did such a wonderful job. She made sure I was comfortable and encouraged me to express my needs/wants and comfort level. I almost feel asleep 😴 during my head spa treatment. I got the Diamond treatment and my scalp feels amazing. I felt pure relaxation. I am the type of person who doesn’t like engaging in small talk conversations during any spa sessions; Vivian was very considerate of that. We were able to have a small conversation once the session was finished. It was truly a wonderful sensory experience for me 10/10 🤗.
