I had a wonderful experience at this spa! Sam was very welcoming, professional, and friendly. The massage was relaxing and exactly what I needed. The atmosphere was clean, peaceful, and comfortable, making it easy to fully relax. I left feeling refreshed and less tense. The spa itself was so clean, beautiful, and relaxing. I booked the head spa with Ella & it was amazing. You’re seated in a massage bed that massages your back, arms, and legs the whole time while you enjoy your treatment, Ella uses a variety of tools and different water settings to thoroughly cleanse & treat your hair and scalp. She also incorporates manual upper-body massages and lymphatic drainage techniques, which were incredibly relaxing. On top of that, the Head Spa includes a mini facial, making the entire experience feel like the ultimate reset. I would 100% recommend booking with Ella!

Jess is absolutely gifted at what she does! Every session feels personalized, she changes up the routine based on what my body needs rather than doing the same thing every time. She has a wonderful way of making me feel completely comfortable, relaxed, and at ease. I always leave feeling lighter, less tense, and truly de-stressed. Her touch is intentional, therapeutic, and incredibly calming. You can tell she genuinely cares about her clients and takes pride in her craft. I highly recommend her. Both her & Nancy make you feel like family. 10/10

What a unique experience! I really felt like Luna worked every part of my body, and afterwards, I felt relaxed a lot less bloated, and not to share too much, but was able to use the restroom so much easier later in the evening. I will definitely be coming back for more treatments.

i went to inatural Spa on grand street near the grand street subway station the location is convenient , I had a great time. The massage was really good and applied just the right amount of pressure; not too hard and not too soft. The environment was clean, calm and soothing. The staff were very friendly. I highly recommend this place..
