Hilary was very courteous and greeted me with a smile. She ensured that I would be warm enough with extra blankets. The table warmer was lovely. The spa experience was pretty good. I did love her discussing the steps she was doing but then towards the end she let me relax. I will do this another time, probably several times a year to give my scalp some love!

I've never had a hair massage and with it being my first time it was amazing. I was nervous at first but then quickly relaxed with the person assigned to me. I want to give a huge thank you to Sylvia (sorry if I spelt your name wrong) you did an awesome job at helping me relax and made me laugh. This is my new favorite spa treatment. If you’re a person who loves a scalp massage, treat yourself to a hair and scalp spa treatment here. It’s so wonderful and so relaxing that I think I’m going to start doing it on a monthly basis.

I recieved the Luxury Head Spa service i want sure what to expect since it was my first time but it was very relaxing and enjoyable as well as the facial portion of the experience. I have shoulder length thick curly hair so was worried it would get tangled and pulled but it did not. Since it was my first time a little more explanation of the products and steps happening would have been great but overall i had a wonderful experience and would go back. I do recommend if you are tender headed to let your person know some of the items used felt great to me but could feel not so good to others.

Treatment was very relaxing, although equipment used was loud. Felt like arm and hand massage was rushed. Reception when I arrived was lovely. But when I left there was a different receptionist. She seemed like she may have been sick, nobody offered any water after the treatment which is standard in a spa. Other than these minor items, was a nice experience.

Loved the experience! Rachel did a great job and the whole thing was relaxing. One thing I would improve upon is having a warmer room overall - I was chilly! But I’m also always cold. The treatment was awesome.

I’ve visited Venus spa several times and every experience has been consistently great. Today, I had Sylvia as my technician and she was absolutely fantastic! She made sure I was comfortable throughout the entire session and paid great attention to detail. I highly recommend both Venus and Sylvia!

I appreciated the experience and the kindness of the staff. They were open to finding a spot for my extra guest and were very professional. I would have loved to have had a more thorough understanding of what was happening, and why to fully benefit from the head spa.

My first visit at Venus spa was absolutely fantastic! My husband bought me a gift card after I showed him a Instagram reel about a head spa treatment and I’m so glad I sent him that! I cannot wait to share this experience with friends & refer them to Venus Spa for the head spa treatment (I chose the ULTIMATE package and it was worth it!)

Not to be dramatic, but this head spa fixed my attitude, my posture, and maybe even my credit score. I walked in looking like a tumbleweed and walked out like I star in a hair commercial. The scalp massage alone had me questioning every decision that didn’t involve booking this sooner. 10/10 would let them scrub my existential dread away again.
