The whole experience was a vibe from the receptionist to the injector perfect!!! He was very informative and transparent; not trying to make a dollar and move you on, he made me feel relaxed and seen!!!! I walked in and was greeted by a gorgeous receptionist in a wine colored pants set. Then I met the doctor Roberto in a fabulous pair of red crushed velvet shoes. They made me want to COMMIT to my beauty routine. These lovely humans were so kind, warm, and welcoming. I had such pleasant conversations with each of them. I am a permanent patient.
