I came in to see Karl with shoulder pain and left with no pain at all. Would highly recommend this treatment to anyone with joint or muscle issues.

Lyn is lovely… first time having a Japanese head spa with a lymphatic drainage massage, wow incredible relaxing experience (fell asleep), the oils etc that were used smelt great, hair dried naturally and so soft, shiny and silky. I also booked in for a foot massage…. Next time I’m going for the day… thank you to Paula T from our lovely Hedge End girls group for recommending. I’m sure Lyn will be inundated with even more of us now - Marianne xxxx

This is honestly the most relaxing treatment I’ve ever had. Michelle offers the whole experience from start to finish, just like a spa in her own home. I feel so much lighter and clearer after having my reflexology thank you Michelle you are truly amazing xxx

Possibly the best massage I've ever had! Salon is spotless and very relaxing. Louise was very welcoming and she also explained the benefits for red light therapy, which I went for before the massage. Would highly recommend 👌 I will definitely be returning soon 😊

Absolutely amazing experience. Lyn was so friendly and welcoming. Had the Japanese Head Spa for the first time. Amazing combination of a facial combined with massage and hair care. I've never felt so pampered! Environment is so calming with so much care taken into creating a relaxing mood. Would definitely recommend!

What a wonderful place . So peaceful and relaxing. Had quite a few sessions of reflexology but never in such a beautiful setting . Michelle was warm and welcoming. Look forward to my next appointment.

The Japanese head spa and relaxing massage treatment was amazing! Lyn is both professional and friendly, making me feel comfortable and welcome from the moment I arrived. Lyn and her cottage are truly a hidden gem. The treatment itself was excellent, and the peaceful surroundings create a real oasis for anyone looking to relax and unwind. Having convenient roadside parking is an added bonus. I would highly recommend Lyn to anyone looking for a relaxing and rejuvenating experience.

I had a car crash 4 years ago I’ve had loads of physio acupuncture ect my shoulder has been restricting me with so many things even to hold my toddler , today I had an appointment with Karl words can not explain how incredible he is the treatments he has done has made me feel like a new woman I have 0 pain in my shoulder I have movement in any way I lift my arm I honestly would pay way more for this treatment then what it is he is a miracle worker . Thank you so much
