This was my first experience of having any treatments and Katia put me at ease straight away. I thoroughly enjoyed the Poisden Head Spa and left feeling deeply relaxed and refreshed. The treatment was calming, professional and such a lovely experience from start to finish. The only question I’ve been left with is… when should I book again?

Nice afternoon. Went with family as a birthday treat. Time went quickly, so not quite as relaxing as I'd hoped as we were trying all the various activities in the spa. Our two hour slot was soon over!

I had the most relaxing facial with Katia today. I came out feeling so refreshed and content, the products used were all home made and natural and felt incredible on my skin. I will definitely be booking back in and would love to try even more treatments.

Lovely spa day. Greeted by friendly staff who were very welcoming. Full body massage was fabulous and the therapist was professional and very good at her job Swimming pool and other facilities in the spa were really good. Left feeling relaxed and revitalised. Very reasonable rates. You won't be disappointed 😃

We were greeted in an upbeat and friendly manner by the receptionist who checked us in and let us know what was available to us. We said we’d like to go and get some coffees but instead she took our order and brought them to us. The facilities were all clean and well-maintained, a good variety of relaxation and a lovely outdoor area too.

All I can say is wow! The treatment, the space, the calming sounds! Katia was amazing, so welcoming and the head spa was the best treatment I have ever had! Would 1000% recommend!!

Jackie my masseuse was fabulous!!! Will definitely visit again. Only tricky part was that the children only had 30mins in the pool as the lady on phone didn’t make us aware that kids had to leave by 10 when I booked. But they were very kind and it was all dealt with. So overall a great experience and will return for sure

The staff are lovely, friendly and helpful. The facilities are great we had a lovely morning a fantastic massage and a tasty lunch . Only issue was the water therapy jets in the pool worked once and never again, which was a shame as they are really good at getting rid oh shoulder aches . Thank you to the staff for looking after us so well xx
