We celebrated the 20th anniversary of our company, Combit, here yesterday, and it was a fantastic experience. It was our first visit to Banya No.1 Hoxton, and we were genuinely impressed. Hands down the most relaxed I’ve ever been during a facial. Kush was extremely welcoming and reassuring from the moment I walked in, and took the time to properly chat with me before and after the treatment — it felt genuinely personalised rather than a one-size-fits-all approach. Just had a 30 min back, neck and shoulder massage with Liga and I’m always apprehensive as I can find back massages quite painful - but this was such a great experience! I’ve come out feeling incredibly relaxed and stretched out! Some parts were a bit tender as I have such a tight back and lots of knots from an office job, but I’ll definitely return!

I just had a chemical peel, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience! The aesthetician was incredibly knowledgeable and explained everything so well. My skin feels amazing, and the whole session made me feel really good and relaxed. Highly recommend!

I had the most relaxing and welcoming appointment and experience with Ambee and staff at Canary Wharf. I had the most relaxing back massage with appropriate amount of pressure which addressed tension and aches and pains prior to my waxing appointment. The technique of painless waxing and the ambience of the room left me feeling totally relaxed and de-stressed. I will definitely recommend Ambee and her team. Highly recommend!

I booked an appointment with Izzy on the train down to London after reading reviews of various salons. The booking process was easy and luckily there was an appointment left. Izzy contacted me to ensure I knew where I was going. She sorted out my stubby nails gently and beautifully. I'm delighted. Highly recommend.

I was warmly welcome by staff. My masseur was very respectful He took account of my physical ailments and ensured that the pressure of the massage was to my liking. Afterwards I made use of their spa facilities. Their sauna was warm and relaxing. The jacuzzi was equally relaxing. I was very impressed by their service that I have booked another package of sessions. I would highly recommend the venue.

I have been seeing Hayley for my waxes for over 10 years now, and I wouldn’t ever go to anyone else despite living in South London. She is quick, thorough and flawless; there are never any stray hairs, I love our chats and I leave feeling great. Strongly recommend!

A couple of days after my visit to the centre, I couldn’t resist to book again, and I’ll do so once back to London! Iwona is just amazing 🫶🏻 The best experience ever! It’s just above the perfection! Anyone can easily sleep between her lovely hands, but I had to resist to enjoy that magical moment! I felt completely relaxed, she took me to the sky and put me on the cloud! The best massage I ever had. Jeff is very talented, polite and well presented. His studio is very luxurious with a calming atmosphere. He gave me an amazing massage. He started by asking me to sit on the table, then stretched me from behind. Then he massaged me for 1 hour and finished with more stretching and breathing work. I left feeling like a different person. The best masseur in London.

What an experience. I booked the birthday bliss package as a treat and when I walked in I saw the most amazing private spa. Sauna, jacuzzi, steam room, shower...paired with balloons, cake & fresh water. The facilities were fab, with lockers, robes, flip flops and Rebecca was the star of the show. Attentive and super skillfull I felt like a new person after the massage. I will 100% be back again.

I had a course of 4 Cellstory facials and It has been transformational for my skin. I attended a 40th over the weekend and people said I was literally glowing! The pigmentation I have had for years has significantly reduced and my overall complexion and feel of my skin has improved no end. The facials are a lovely and fully relaxing experience in Holly's comfortable house. She sounds baths and massage are such a gorgeous touch. Truly a mind and body relaxation! Thank you, Holly!! x

Setting up the appointment was quick and easy and I was greeted by Nick with a beautiful smile.The massage was excellent with Nick effortlessly blending elements of therapeutic, stretching and sensual massage.As a masseur, he was always present, never distracted and I never felt anything less than his no.1 priority.The only thing Nick excels at more than as a masseur is being a kind, incredible, compassionate, thoughtful and sensitive human being. Mangala gave me an excellent massage today, he instinctively combines firm and relaxing pressure treatments in different parts of the body, where needed.
