Such a fabulous experience! I had a facial which lasted for 90 minutes, this included a detailed consultation, a relaxing massage, a deep cleanse and a chemical peel, followed by a calming mask and micro needling to target some of my acne scarring. I felt completely relaxed the whole time, really informed and knew I was in the hands of a professional. I received really in depth aftercare advice as well as some samples. My skin has been glowing ever since and i recommend this service 100%! Thanks so much and see you in six weeks.

Fantastic massage from my preferred masseur, who really knows a lot about the body. I am always very impressed. Fantastic receptionists who always make me feel very welcome. Fantastic spa facilities; steam room, dry and wet sauna, jacuzzi and salt room. Great for relaxing in after my massage session.

Hands down THE BEST NAIL shop in SOUTH EAST LONDON! If you’re anything like me and are a perfectionist this is the place to go! The attention to detail is far beyond anything I’ve ever experienced before. My nails always get so many compliments and I am forever recommending this place. Everyone is super friendly and welcoming. They are artists when is comes to nail art, perfect french tips and have amazing new colours to always choose from!

I came here a few months ago to do my lips. I was so happy with the results that I decided to do a bunch of other treatments. For me this is the best aesthetic practitioner in London! Naz is very attentive, gives great recommendations and has a great eye. I had beautiful results and minimal to no pain during procedures, even in the most sensitive areas like under eyes or lips or neck.

I have been going to Hayley since 2019 for waxing , always quick and painless. I no longer work close by but I happily travel from South London to see Hayley because she is the best at waxing !!

I had the most relaxing and welcoming appointment and experience with Ambee and staff at Canary Wharf. I had the most relaxing back massage with appropriate amount of pressure which addressed tension and aches and pains prior to my waxing appointment. The technique of painless waxing and the ambience of the room left me feeling totally relaxed and de-stressed. I will definitely recommend Ambee and her team. Highly recommend!

I first had the pleasure of meeting Nick on a recent trip to london . Setting up the appointment was quick and easy and I was greeted by Nick with a beautiful smile.The massage was excellent with Nick effortlessly blending elements of therapeutic, stretching and sensual massage.As a masseur, he was always present, never distracted and I never felt anything less than his no.1 priority.The only thing Nick excels at more than as a masseur is being a kind, incredible, compassionate, thoughtful and sensitive human being. I was warmly welcome by staff. My masseur was very respectful He took account of my physical ailments and ensured that the pressure of the massage was to my liking. Afterwards I made use of their spa facilities. Their sauna was warm and relaxing. The jacuzzi was equally relaxing. I was very impressed by their service that I have booked another package of sessions. I would highly recommend the venue.

I had such an amazing experience! The aromatherapy massage was so relaxing, I actually fell asleep twice. My eyebrows were shaped perfectly, just how I like them. Polly was absolutely lovely, so easy to talk to, and made me feel safe and completely at ease throughout. I left feeling refreshed, relaxed, and so happy with both treatments. Highly recommend and I’ll definitely be back!

I had a wonderful experience with Victoria. I came for a deep facial cleansing, Endospheres therapy, and the STYX body wrap, and I’m truly impressed with the results. The deep cleansing facial left my skin feeling incredibly fresh, clean, and glowing. Victoria was very gentle and professional, explaining each step and making sure I felt comfortable throughout the treatment. The Endospheres treatment was amazing. It’s a very effective procedure for improving circulation and skin texture. The STYX body wrap was also fantastic. It felt very relaxing, and afterwards my skin felt smoother, firmer.

Mangala gave me an excellent massage today, he instinctively combines firm and relaxing pressure treatments in different parts of the body, where needed. Although Mangala asked me where I have aches in my body, it's like he already knew anyway once my massage was underway. I shall strongly recommend Mangala to my friends.

Arrived early and was allowed to use the spa facilities even though I only booked for an hour. The spa is clean and staff is friendly. I didn't understand the benefits of all the different rooms but was happy with the hammon, sauna and jacuzzi which is what I'm used too. My masseuse Iskra was AMAZING! She applied the right pressure and really tried to work out my knots. The fruit platter, juice and prosecco was a nice touch. The whole experience was wonderful, just time went too quickly.

I had a deep tissue massage and a face massage with Polly, and both were absolutely amazing. She was incredibly attentive, taking great care with every detail and making sure I was comfortable throughout the treatment. Her skill, professionalism, and calming approach made the whole experience truly relaxing. I left feeling refreshed, rejuvenated, and much lighter. I would highly recommend Polly to anyone looking for a high quality massage experience!
