Antonella is amazing, she is extremely knowledgeable about the equipment she uses, and is very honest about how they work so your expectations are realistic. Had three sessions of the presso and treadmill, have started to notice a difference and feel lighter

I had a deep cleanse facial with Esme & the extraction was thorough, my skin felt much cleaner. She also gave helpful skincare advice & the staff were accommodating with room preference and providing a fan when requested. However, the appointment started around 20 mins late (although they apologised) & lasted around 45 minutes despite being listed as 1 h 15 mins. There was initially no light used during extraction & the small lamp brought later still wasn’t very bright. The face mask was also only left for 5 mins. Overall, good for extraction results but less suited for a relaxing experience.

I had a deep cleanse facial with Channelle and the extraction results were good. My pores looked much cleaner afterwards and she was knowledgeable throughout the treatment. However, the salon environment was quite noisy during my visit, with conversations and movement outside the treatment room affecting the relaxing experience. The treatment is 50 minutes, shorter than expected compared to the advertised timing.

This was my second time going to Bleu Beauty and i've had great expereince both time, the staff are so friendly and chatty and welcoming. They do a great job on tidy up my eyebrows without any problems and the atmosohere in the salon is so relaxing and looks great. I was not sure what to expect from these machines, but I'm impressed. The Body Roll is a proper deep massage, and the Pressotherapy suit is actually really relaxing—felt like a total body reset. I actually felt the difference in my mobility and the sore muscle after this session. Will be back soon!

I had my first body treatments with Serene Body and opted for the deluxe treatment plan so I could experience all of their machines. I’m honestly blown away by the results I saw straight away. Everything Antonela prepared me for regarding the post-treatment process happened exactly as she explained, which made me feel really confident and cared for.
