We had a wonderful experience at Natural light Spa - the atmosphere was totally relaxing & all the staff were incredibly friendly & professional. Communication was perfect from the minute we booked. Rebecca on reception made us feel at ease immediately & Jane gave us the best massage we’ve ever had! Her kind energy really shone through! Ann was also lovely, topping us up with Prosecco in the spa! The Ger was a really lovely touch - somewhere to really unwind.. haven’t been this relaxed in a very long time! Such a treat - thank you to everyone, can’t wait to visit again!

I had wet cupping with Fouzia to help with a shoulder injury, my arm was very stiff and heavy with inflammation and poor circulation. By the end of the session it felt much lighter, I had more range of movement and the inflammation had reduced significantly. The treatment wasn’t painful in any way and was actually quite relaxing. Highly recommended!

Fouzia was great and made my visit relaxed and comfotable.

I had mesotherapy with Emelia today, and it was a fantastic experience! She created such a calming atmosphere with soft, relaxing music and explained every step, making me feel completely at ease. My skin already feels refreshed, and I’m excited to see the full results. Highly recommend Emelia for her expertise and the serene experience she provides. She’s amazing! xx

Hot Stone treatment with Michelle during my brief stay at Guildford Holiday Inn. Michelle adapted the 75 minute HS Massage session to address particular areas of discomfort which she expertly identified without my even having to tell her. Michelle's holistic approach was augmented by elements of other, very appropriate, healing methods as she is clearly highly skilled in many treatment fields. The end result was way beyond what I had expected - I left the session in so much less pain, deeply relaxed and completely satisfied. A very different approach to that I receive weekly in Prague

It was a wonderfully relaxing day at the spa. The Ger was a real treat. A chance to rest away from light and sound. Beyond the use of the pool, jacuzzi, sauna, and steam room. The highlight was an amazing massage from Sam. An excellent masseuse with a firm and professional touch. Exactly what I needed after a very hectic year so far. Highly recommended.

We booked the Day Spa with a massage, it was such a great experience. The facilities were clean and well presented. We went during the adult session which was lovely and relaxing, however we stayed during the family session and it was absolutely fine as well. The space was sufficient for everyone with access to the pool, jacuzzi, steam room and sauna. The garden was absolutely beautiful, I could have sat outside forever especially as the weather was great. Every staff member I interacted with was very kind and helpful. Our massage was lovely and relaxing. Overall great value for money.

We had a fabulous time here today, we had a massage and spa day. The staff are so lovely and welcoming and the facilities are perfect for a relaxing day. We especially loved how beautiful and relaxing the garden is. I wish I got the name of the lady who did my massage, I am 27 weeks pregnant and I have never felt so relaxed and looked after, also my body felt amazing after, got rid of the niggly pregnancy aches and pains. I would happily book in with her again before the end of my pregnancy. My mum and sister also highly complimentary about their massage! Thank you so much we will be back xx

The day was very enjoyable from start to finish. The reception by the spa and holiday inn staff was very welcoming. The facilities clean and tidy. The swimming pool is a reasonable size, plenty big enough for a relaxing swim and the water was just the right temperature. Steam room was fabulous as was the jacuzzi. Being a sunny day I was able to use the outside relaxation area which was fabulous, an amazing sun trap with plenty of sun beds and seating areas. Great spot to enjoy a Prosecco. A lovely day finished off by a soothing facial which left me floating on cloud 9. Would go again.

the Spa treatment rooms and treatments were lovely, so relaxing and unhurried. The staff were really friendly and attentive. The facilities at the hotel (changing rooms, steam room etc.) are quite tired but do the job and are more than acceptable given the good value price. A hidden gem of a spa day, i cant wait to go back!

The whole break was lovely - it was a 50th birthday present to my friend. Room was clean, modern and comfortable - even had a fridge, Treatments were superb - my friend and I agreed that they were the best massages we had had. The pool was lovely - perfect temperature and we used the sauna, steam room and gym. Shame the jacuzzi is out of order. We would both come back again and my friend said she would like to bring her daughter for a spa break there too (min age 14 years apparently).

Really lovely spa, very clean. Jacuzzi was out of service, which was a shame. However the steam room and sauna were lovely. We went into the spa at 1:30pm and were alone in there for at least an hour. We had pre booked a massage, which was absolutely lovely. Both my partner and I slept like logs that night. Friendly and approachable staff.

Rachel was excellent, I felt at ease with her and the massage was very relaxing. She took my health condition seriously and modified the massage to ensure I was comfortable. The Spa experience was good. Only a couple of people in the pool/jacuzzi area throughout the whole time I was allocated. I will be booking another treatment in the near future.

I had the pleasure of receiving a Swedish massage from Angie, she made me feel completely at ease with her warm, professional presence. Her technique was exceptional—firm where it needed to be, yet incredibly relaxing throughout. She intuitively found all the areas of tension and worked through them with great skill and care. I left the session feeling lighter, more mobile, and deeply relaxed. Angie’s attention to detail and calming energy created a truly nurturing experience.

My husband and I had a fabulous massage with James and Rachel, then spent a wonderful afternoon relaxing in the spa.

I recently visited Natural light Spa amd Wellness, and it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. I have to give special mention to Jane, the best masseuse I’ve ever had. She has an incredible understanding of the body’s tension points and really knows how to work them out. Her hands are magic! I left feeling completely relaxed and rejuvenated. The ambiance of the spa was also perfect—calm, clean, and very professional. I highly recommend Jane and the team at Natural light Spa amd Wellness for anyone looking to unwind and get top-notch service. Will definitely be back!
