Visited Stretch in Glasgow for the first time and booked the full package – assisted stretch, sauna and cold plunge. Georgie was excellent from start to finish. She made me feel completely at ease, checked in throughout the session, and made sure not to push things too far, especially with my right knee due to an old injury. The stretch itself was brilliant and I genuinely felt the difference afterwards. The sauna and cold plunge were the perfect way to finish up, and having the space to myself made it even better for switching off and resetting. Overall, a great experience.

I had the best experience ever ! A lot of my clients and colleagues have visited unwind and all I hear is raving about how amazing meral is . I was not prepared for how relaxing and revived I’d feel ! I wanted to just stay and nap 😂. The vibes were amazing and I felt I could open up instantly! I highly recommend! When I left one of the client from my salon was goin in for her treatment too ! All round amazing ! Can’t recommend enough x

I had a very relaxing bespoke facial that left me with glowy skin. If you’re after a gentle pampering treatment, then you won’t be disappointed. The arm massage was a nice touch and made it a SPA-like experience.

I’ve been going to see Tina for massages and facials for years, she has the most wonderful calm healing energy and holds such a lovely safe space for all of her clients. She makes all of her own holistic products and guides you through a full body relaxation before getting to work on all your aches and pains. She’s incredible at what she does and I’m so fortunate she’s based in Glasgow!

When Laura finished my Sculptured Facial Lifting massage, I was speechless! My brain and mouth simply wouldn't connect! It was a journey in every sense. As someone with a lot of jaw tension, the relief was profound. My face felt deeply relaxed yet alive with a radiant energy I’ve never felt before. Even 30 mins after my appointment, I had a great glow and honestly looked like I’d reclaimed a few years! I left feeling floaty, revived, and very thirsty (drink your water!). Today was an amazing experience! We had the Japanese Head Spa and facial, and it was absolutely incredible. I can’t recommend Fern enough. She’s so professional, welcoming, and truly amazing at what she does. The whole treatment was so relaxing from start to finish. I can’t wait to go back for the same treatment and to try some of her other treatments too. Highly recommend! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

First visit today at Stretched Glasgow and I honestly couldn’t recommend it more. Amy was fantastic she made me feel completely at ease from the moment I arrived and explained each stretch clearly as she went along. After just one session, the pain in my neck has gone. My whole body feels lighter, and I already notice a huge improvement in my movement. I’ll definitely be back!

I got a facial and Japanese head massage. As a mum who works for healthcare I definitely needed it!! It was so relaxing and refreshing I will be getting them every month! Been coming to Unwind for a couple months known after having some health struggles and this helps me relax and carve time out for just me and destress and take a load off! A welcoming and calm enviroment and i always end up yapping her ear off (soz) , highly recommend!

This is my third visit and I am sure there will be many more. I chose to combine my stretch with a session of contrast therapy so I got to chill out in the sauna after my stretch. I felt very relaxed when I left. The staff are really friendly and knowledgeable. Everyone should give this place a try.

At my visit I had the deluxe foot spa treatment. Was absolutely amazing. Left feeling very relaxed, and my feet and freshly painted toe nails, looked amazing. Was a nice way to spend a couple of hours with my youngest daughter. Would definitely recommend.

Honestly, I have never been so relaxed before in my life. Tina is amazing at what she does, your treatment is more than just a facial, it's a whole experience.
