Lottie’s warm smile and beautiful energy made this experience a million times better than it already was. In this day and age, it is so rare to encounter someone who truly exudes warmth and kindness. The one-hour facial with Lottie was honestly one of the best I have ever received anywhere—it was absolutely out of this world. I had the most wonderful facial with Kayla yesterday. She was very welcoming on arrival. We sat and spoke about my skin goals, my current regime and discussed everything that could help to improve my skin. Kayla was so knowledgeable and gave me some great tips for improving stress levels and diet advice. The facial itself was so relaxing and the products Kayla used made my skin feel wonderful and left it glowing. I will definitely be booking in with Kayla again!

My appointment with Kayla was wonderful. She made me feel at ease, has thought of everything to make it such a relaxing experience, and has an in depth knowledge of skin that makes her treatments second to none. She takes time to talk through your skin, concerns and questions which is so helpful because I didn't realise how many questions I would have! I had such a relaxing facial treatment, I can't wait to go back for my next one.
