Had a lymphatic drainage massage with Sarah. Very relaxing, made me feel very comfortable. Whilst doing the massage she spoke through what she was doing and the knowledge behind it. Would definitely recommend and I’ll be returning for another appointment!

Amazing massage!!! I could not be more relaxed and happier. I mentioned to her that I tend to have cold feet, she placed an extra towel and blanket 😍. She applied the right pressure and massage techniques for my skin and body. Highly recommend 🤗

I can’t recommend Sarah highly enough. I see her regularly for both reflexology and lymphatic drainage massage, and the difference she makes is incredible. Her reflexology is amazing. I struggle with water retention, and after every treatment I leave feeling so much lighter on my feet, completely relaxed, and I’m guaranteed a great night’s sleep afterwards. Sarah is also, without a doubt, the best lymphatic therapist locally. She has a real understanding of the lymphatic system and knows exactly how to approach the body properly to encourage healthy lymph flow. Highly recommended :)

Really enjoyed my treatments my so far with Kenley, I wanted to add some me-time to my routine and she didn't disappoint. Indian Head Massage was lovely and the Mini Deluxe Facial was fantastic. I left feeling relaxed, calm and the knots in my shoulder were eased. Looking forward to coming again.

Sarah is so attentive to your tight muscles. She takes the time to make you feel completely relaxed. The room is spacious and Candlelit which creates an ambient atmosphere. 😀

Kenley was amazing. I had a scrub, which felt really satisfying and I'm sure will help with a problem area, and then a facial and neck/shoulder massage which felt incredible. I have walked out a different person! Would highly recommend Kenley
