Today was my second visit to the salon to see my stylist Ella, once again I wasn’t disappointed!! Ella again took my coat and showed me to my seat where I was offered tea or coffee- which I kindly declined. We had an in-depth consultation about what I was after and if I wanted to grow out previous styles etc. I said I wanted a trim but to ultimately I would like to grow it longer. She then showed how much she thought needed to be cut to make my hair healthy to make sure I was happy. The hair wash/ head massage… WOW it was perfect pressure and very relaxing!! See you in 6 weeks!! :)

Amanda was amazing - again! I was able to relax and have my problems melted away. I have left feeling happier and more energetic. .. my next appointment is booked for January as it’s a must.

I always feel amazing when I leave Serenity. For me, a weekly wash and blow-dry is all I need, and they never disappoint. The team are extremely professional, and every single one of them is an amazing hairdresser. Highly recommend.

The most amazing place. My hair has never been in such great condition. The head-spa is a must! The owners are wonderful and Faith is the best. Never met anyone who has taken it so personally to improve the quality of my hair/scalp. I don't care what anyone says but bad hair days don't exist at serenity!

Absolutely obsessed with my new hair, thanks to Kirsty working her magic 🙌🏻🫶🏻 Kirsty is so attentive, she really knows want you want and didn’t disappoint with the end results 🔥 Let’s not forget how soft my hair felt, the products they use are divine!! The best smelling stuff I’ve ever experienced in a salon, I couldn’t help but walk away with the shampoo and conditioner too!! Also one of the parts we all love the most, the head massage, it was just 10/10, I was so relaxed!! Kirsty is just so gentle and lovely and stays with you the whole appointment so it’s fully 1-1! Thank you so much Kirsty 🤍

Highly rate Amanda after booking a healing session whilst experiencing a loss. She was kind, compassionate and made the space feel safe to be open with my feelings. During my treatment I felt some peace that I really needed to feel.
