I've been coming here for infrared sauna and red light therapy for over a year, and it has become a vital part of managing a chronic illness. Ellie is amazing—kind, compassionate, knowledgeable, and always welcoming. As an anxious person, she made me feel completely at ease from day one, and it truly feels like a home from home. The facilities are lovely and relaxing, and the treatments have been incredibly beneficial. I can't recommend Ellie and her business highly enough.

Montra Massage & Spa deserves a solid 5 stars! The atmosphere was serene, with calming decor and music. My massage was fantastic. Nisa is very a skilled therapist with great technique, she's always warm and professional. Great value, easy booking, and I’m already excited to return. Highly recommended.

My fiance and I had a lovely couples massage at Euphoria. I was a repeat customer, and it was his first time. We both left the appointment feeling relaxed and restored. Nam did a fantastic job on me, working with lots of intention and care on my neck and shoulders, where I carry most of my tension.

Amazing!! So good and listened to the area I want most the focus on. Really nice room and a warm massage bed to make it even better. The lady who massaged me made me feel at it and was super kind and friendly.

I had a really lovely experience, felt relaxed and comfortable with Lilly and the massage was amazing. It can be a bit daunting finding somewhere new for a massage but everything was perfect will definitely be returning.

My 1 hour Thai Sports massage experience at Euphoria was wonderful. Professional staff in a , clean, relaxing and beautiful studio, that feels elevated, but not stuffy. It was an excellent massage at a price you can't beat. I moved to the UK a year ago and have been looking for a regular massage spot in my new home - and I think it's safe to say I found it! I'll definitely be booking at Euphoria again, and I think I'll go for the 90 minute next time.

I loved my massage, it was really wonderful, thank you. The staff are kind and welcoming and the room is lovely and warm unlike many other places nearby (a warm room is absolutely essential to me). I will happily recommend and I will come back again.

My sister and I had truly beautiful, relaxing and calming experience and the same can be said about the environment. Ellie made us feel so very comfortable and safe. Her and Claire’s kindness was deeply appreciated as my emotions took a hold of me and tears flowed. Claire did the most amazing foot and leg massage. Ellie was so attentive to our needs and nothing was too much trouble. So looking forward to my visit next month. I was treated like a VIP, had the infrared sauna and RLT with the ORA sound, on my own in a clean, spacious and therapeutic cubicle with the right settings suited to my bodily needs. The whole place is well thought of in accordance with anything natural and holistic healing. I left feeling at peace and joyful. Will come back and I highly recommend.

This was my first massage at Montra Massage and Nisa made me feel completely at ease. She was warm, friendly and quickly identified the areas where I was holding the most tension. She recommended a combination of hot stones and cupping to target the deep knots, and the treatment felt tailored to exactly what my body needed. I left feeling relaxed, and much less tense. I would definitely recommend Nisa and will be returning!
