The best facial yet!!!! It was so relaxing that I fell asleep halfway through the procedure. Viera is a phenomenal aesthetician/beauty expert. She ensures that you are enjoying the process from start to finish. Healthy glowing clear skin is the added bonus. Plus relaxed shoulders and scalp. I will definitely book my next one soon.

Jessica was very professional, and she has a great deal of knowledge about skincare. The gua sha massage was phenomenal - and my skin was left feeling moisturized (but not oily). 10/10 my favourite facial in Hamilton!

It was my first time here and it was an absolutely beautiful experience. Very relaxing dermaplaning facial which includes a hand and foot massage that was lovely. Atah was easy to chat with and has a lovely personality. Her space is clean, warm and inviting. Enjoyed it so much I've rebooked another service next week. Best facial I've ever had! While rather simple on the outside, this spa is outstanding once you walk through the doors. Danika was knowledge and very skilled. I walked out feeling refreshed and thoroughly relaxed. I can't wait to see their new space on Ottawa St!

I had an amazing experience getting a facial again at elva esthetics! Linsey was knowledgeable, explained every step of the process, and tailored the treatment to my skin type. The products used felt luxurious, and my skin was glowing by the end of the session. The environment was clean, calming, and beautifully set up—exactly what you’d want in a skincare clinic or spa.

I've been to Kilai Skin three times now for derma facials with Lai, and each time has been a wonderful experience. She is knowledgeable, caring, and friendly. I have oily/hormonal ace skin, and her derma facial services have been extremely beneficial, particularly the specialised equipment she utilises. The booking service is simple to use, and she is extremely accommodating. I'm always pleased with the results. The salon also provides a wide range of beauty treatments. Everything in one place! I strongly recommend Kilai Skin, especially if you live in the Hamilton area.

I got my make-up done for my friends wedding and absolutely loved it! I got so many compliments from people that said my make-up was the best of the day. The service was friendly and fun. I would come back in a heartbeat whenever I need make-up done in Hamilton! Cannot recommend enough.

It was amazing! A great way to relax and get prepped just before my wedding. I got dermaplaning and hydro-jelly mask done with Courtney. My skin feels and looks great! She made me feel so relaxed that I didn’t want to leave after it was all done. Highly recommended!
