Very good. I took my fiance there, it was her first spa and it was a perfect place for a first time. The sauna’s were nice and so good for my pores. The hot/cold pools were so relaxing and got rid of a pain in my back I’ve had for a month. The two fella’s were super lovely too.

Amazing place! If you have sore muscles or just want to relax, this place is for you. Great compression recliner, infrared sauna and hot/cold bath therapy. The staff are very welcoming and considerate

My favourite place to go and unwind! I don’t even know how to put into words how amazing Kyra is, she is one in a million! The safe, calming space she provides is unlike any other 💫 highly recommend everyone go and see Kyra at least once ( trust me you’ll be back again ) !

Kyra provides a warm and welcomimg space. I had the shirodhara treatment which was extremely relaxing and very much enjoyed the experience. I look forward to returning to Kyra and the Ayurveda journey.

What a beautifully , nurturing experience. I found Kyra in 2023 and have received few different treatments with her. All have been such an intentionally created and heart opening experience. If you’re looking for a practitioner who can help you feel calm, and relaxed again - Kyra is your girl. Her treatment room is thoughtfully decorated and is like a quiet oasis away from the busy world. I recommend booking a treatment with Kyra, you won’t regret it! X

Immediately you can sense that you’re in good hands with a truly kind, experienced and warm human 🤍 The space feels warm and inviting, and safe which encourages relaxation and the ability to switch off which is a challenge for me! Will definitely be back 😌
