I’ve had the most relaxing holistic head spa experience in the most beautiful surroundings. Sandra made me feel more relaxed than I have in years. I had such a wonderful experience at The Bothy – A Sanctuary by Ōm Holistic. The atmosphere is incredibly calming, and every detail has been thoughtfully considered to create a truly relaxing environment. Alaine was warm, attentive, and highly skilled, which made the whole session feel personalized and deeply restorative. I left feeling lighter, more balanced, and refreshed. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a sanctuary of peace and care in Harrogate.

I came to visit at the new place and I was so impressed every thing was great I loved the swing and Elaine is such a lovely lady. I cannot wait to come back to her for something else ps, please do a pedicure at the bothy. The whole ambience of the settings was just amazing the lovely shaggy rug at the stairs wa sso relaxing. Me and my sister really enjoyed our experience wish you all the best for the future and will definitely be recommending you to people as you are so great at your work and are so kind and caring just what you need when you want to relax and wind down away from it all xxxx

I had an amazing treatment with Sandra. Her clinic is in a beautiful setting and really worth the trip out to the farm. I left feeling very well cared for and very relaxed. I’d highly recommend a head spa treatment for anyone who experiences stress and tension. My scalp and neck and shoulders feel amazing!

Such a lovely and relaxing experience. Sandra is very warm and welcoming, I loved the foot soak and tea before the head massage. The techniques used were so soothing and calming. I would definitely recommend it!

Alaine is truly incredible at what she does. She has such a natural gift for massage and always seems to know exactly where I’m holding tension without me even having to say a word. Every session feels like so much more than just a treatment it’s a deeply relaxing, restorative experience that I genuinely look forward to. I always leave feeling lighter, calmer, and completely reset. I really treasure our time together and couldn’t recommend her more highly. She’s absolutely amazing at what she does.

I had a wonderful experience at the head spa, the attention to detail was amazing, the location is fabulous, on arrival i was offered herbal tea, whilst having a foot soak with rose petals to totally relax me before the treatment started. The headspa was wonderful, so relaxing i totally drifted off, my hair & scalp felt amazing after, having suffered with a dry/flaky scalp for the last few months I feel its cured! The therapist Sandra was fab ,so welcoming & great at what she does, she has magical hands☺️, would highly recommend x

I have been visiting Alaine for about a year with treatments at her sanctuary in Leeds and at The Bothy. Alaine has to be one of the kindest, most nurturing and knowledgeable therapists I’ve ever met. In the time I’ve been having treatments, from reflexology, Indian head and most recently the most relaxing pregnancy message, I’ve always felt incredibly well looked after and cared for. Sometimes I’ve not known how much I’ve needed those few hours away from the stresses of everyday life until I’ve seen Alaine. All the additional touches, such as delicious biscuits, are the cherry on top.

It was my first visit to the Holistic Head Spa and it was a super relaxing experience. I normally go to one where I live in France, but here I loved all the little touches: the cosy socks, the aromatic foot soak, the little thank you gift. I recently visited and the experience was nothing short of incredible. From the moment I walked in, the environment immediately created a sense of calm. The atmosphere was beautifully designed soft lighting, soothing scents, and peaceful music all worked together to create a truly relaxing space. The treatment itself was deeply soothing. By the end of the appointment, I felt noticeably lighter and more relaxed. It wasn’t just a treatment for my hair and scalp it felt like a reset for my mind as well. The whole experience left me feeling refreshed, calm, and genuinely cared for.

What Alaine provides is far beyond "just" a massage. It is the beautiful location, the studio, the decor, the thoughtful little extra touches, the calm pace, the patience... it is everything. I have never been to a massage that has felt so relaxed pre and post... to be brought fresh berries and a chocolate with a choice of herbal teas and told to take my time. It really wasn't just words though, the feeling of warmth that Alaine offers is more than I have ever experienced in the massages I have had across the globe. What she offers is truly special and I can't wait to return! ✨️

The treatment Serenity Ritual was such a beautiful experience. Located in the peaceful countryside, the whole atmosphere instantly helped me slow down and relax. With the different tools used throughout the process, my body felt completely relaxed and my nervous system truly calmed down.
