I had Grace provide my service. I had full face wax and thread. Wow she is amazing was fast, efficient and also made sure I was okay along the way. Because I normally see one of your other staff that works there I was nervous at first but she nailed the service so confident in another person to provide what I need. Preeti does a wonderful job! Satisfied with my. Nails 😀 However my experience was constantly interrupted by customers coming in. I appreciate that it was the manager doing my nails and the manager needing to sort these issues, but perhaps another staff member is required in mornings to manage the desk? While I was there, another customer who had visited the week before returned with a builder gel nail that had come off and this wasn’t replaced free of charge. Preeti acknowledged that the person was a regular- however they still needed to pay. Where is the incentive for loyal customers?

Definitely recommend she is an amazing talented woman and I will be going back for any of my nail needs. Wouldn't go to anyone else now. My nails not only look Fantastic but they feel it too 10/10
