Michael is great. He always tells me what he is doing or what he is going to do. The nail art always turns out amazing. I've been going to NailsX for 1.5 years and it has been the best nail salon I've been to in Leeds.

Fern is incredible! From the moment I booked, she messaged me asking for inspiration photos so she could prepare in advance – that showed true professionalism. I sent my ideas and she carefully planned every detail. During the appointment, she was patient, attentive and made sure everything matched my vision. The result? The BEST nails I’ve had in my 10 years in Leeds. Beautiful work, amazing service. I’ve finally found my nail artist. Highly recommend! 🤎✨

Jassi couldn't have done a better job for me. She is just lovely, did exactly what I needed and I will definitely revisit. In fact I was so pleased, I arranged for a friend to have the same experience. I am absolutely sure she will enjoy her pedicure and manicure too.

I can’t recommend Sally enough! She is so personable and instantly makes you feel comfortable and relaxed from the moment you walk in. Her workspace is lovely — clean, welcoming and such a nice environment to be in. Her nail creativity is incredible, no matter how simple or detailed the design. What really stands out is how thorough she is with nail prep and attention to detail. She genuinely takes pride in her work and it shows in both the finish and how long my nails last. A true professional who goes above and beyond every appointment.

A manicure, followed by back, neck, scalp massage with reflexology was what I needed. From the moment I stepped into the room I felt myself relaxing. In fact I fell asleep through my treatment which was even better. I had an incredible facial at The Beauty Box Leeds (141 Stainbeck Ln, Chapel Allerton). The salon is calm, clean, and beautifully set up perfect for relaxation. The treatment was fully tailored to my skin, including a deep cleanse, exfoliation, mask, and an amazing facial massage. Kim was very professional, knowledgeable, and clearly passionate about skincare. My skin felt refreshed, hydrated, and visibly glowing afterward. I always come away from an appointment with Sally feeling lifted - not just because she does my nails in an expert way (which is consistently true) but also because the atmosphere she creates is welcoming, relaxing and reviving. I had an amazing experience with Yim. She was super welcoming and made me feel so comfortable and at home. My nails are absolutely perfect and I couldn’t have asked for a better nail tech. She was so happy to do my design and took so much care and attention to detail!! Definitely would recommend and can’t wait for my next set :)
