Always amazing service from Maddie. I walk away happy with my nails every time and it goes so quick because she lets me have a good chat! I've recommended Maddie to my mum and sister and will continue to give Maddie as a recommendation for anyone who wants beauty treatments, she's fab :)

Cat, as always, has given me perfect nails that last and last. I cannot recommend this place highly enough. Don’t bother with the millions of “nail bars” around. It was a revelation the first time I went to Elite Retreat, and Cat did my nails. An all round better experience and quality/expertise.

Brilliant as always, Simon is always wonderful, coffee great, a little oasis of tranquility, oh yes and perfectly shaped outstanding nails, he even hand painted me some little daisies at no extra cost!!!!!!!!! You have to come here we all deserve a little bit of Simon in our lives.
