I came in on my birthday and treated myself to a Gel X full set and a pedicure, and I couldn’t be happier! My nail tech did such an amazing job—super professional, detailed, and friendly the whole time. The nails look flawless, and the pedicure was so relaxing. It really made my day special. Definitely recommend!

What an amazing and relaxing experience! Vanessa did my Herbal Deluxe Pedicure, my feet are so smooth and I love the pink color on my toes. Vanny did my Shellac manicure. She was very detailed and gave me a super cute ice cream color. I am definitely coming back, this is my new go to nail spa.

I had a great experience here! I got a deluxe pedicure and manicure with gel polish. Susan and Lily were polite, attentive, and used high-quality products—the massage lotion in particular was amazing. My nails looked fantastic, and the overall vibe was very relaxing. One thing to note: there’s a 4% fee for credit card payments, which wasn’t mentioned when I booked online. Thankfully, I had cash, but it's good to be aware of in advance.

I came in for an express pedicure and booked a same day appointment. The nail tech was very nice, and she took great care of me. She was soft and gentle and I walked out with fabulous pink colored nails! I definitely recommend this place. They have variety of colors, are welcoming and attentive. I’ll definitely return.

The only place I will ever go to get my nails done! Everyone is so sweet and friendly! The whole salon has the best vibe! The music isn’t blasting and you can hold conversations and nothing is rushed. The techs take their time to make sure your nails are literally perfect and exactly what you want. This is the place you go when you want a long term nail tech.

After moving to the area, I spent some time trying different nail salons from Monroe to Lynnwood to Bellview and then Renton. Susan is so nice as are the rest of the staff but Susan is my go to nail tech. Her attention to detail from start to finish is unmatched and my beautiful nails are quite literally the subject of compliments all the way up until I visit again. Bonus, the hand massage and leg massage are to die for. Highly recommend Susan for anyone that wants flawless nails.

I had a great experience at the herbal nail spa! I made an appointment for a French tip dip manicure and one of the special pedicures and was not disappointed. Susan and Lily made my time there enjoyable and they had great attention to detail.

The Herbal Nail Spa has truly become my go-to place. I’ve been a loyal client for three months now, and the service is consistently outstanding. Tracy is phenomenal at what she does—my nails always look beautiful and last. Quennie recently started doing my pedicures and she is wonderful—gentle, thorough, and so kind. I want to compliment The Herbal Nail Salon for their excellent services. The salon is always clean, filled with vibrant colors, and offers a variety of pedicure packages, nail designs, and more. The staff is friendly and welcoming, which makes every visit enjoyable. Both times I’ve gone, I’ve requested Tracy as my nail technician and Vanessa as my pedicure technician — and both women are absolutely amazing! Girls are great. They are all so nice and polite. Soon as you walk through the door, they are waiting for you and start right away. Zoey does my pedicure and Susan does my nails and both always look great when they are done.

I took a friend here for a celebratory pedicure and we had such a great experience! The deluxe pedicure is amazing, the nail techs took extra care to put colors under what we chose to make the polishes really pop, and it was just all around fantastic! Also, as someone really tall (6’1” and mostly legs!) chair are usually not great for me for pedicures but theirs were actually comfortable for me! We will definitely be back ♥️

angela did an amazing job with my hair! first time trying a stylist down here in seattle and she made me feel comfortable and made sure my needs were met. for someone with anxiety and was extremely anxious about how this would turn out, she made the process so easy and made sure she knew what i wanted before doing something
