Karolina is in my opinion the best nail tech in Bristol. She is so meticulous and my nails always look beautiful. Karolina is also just a really sweet and lovely person. She will always be my first choice for my nails.

Floating on air - I am a stress-free zone after that delightful massage (even Bristol traffic couldn't touch this zen!). First time trying the Wellness Signature 90 minutes and it was absolutely divine. Laura-Lea somehow manages to work out all the knots and tension while still making you feel so utterly relaxed. Kate’s passion and knowledge is second to none when it comes to all things beauty and in particular looking after your skin with a menu of facials to choose from x

The most professional manicure and gel application I have ever had. I was very impressed by how my nails were prepared. The room looked very clean, hygienic and well organised. Good choice of colours. Finished result looked very precise. Very pleased. Would definitely use again.

Had my nails done by Shaff at Kaycie Kyle ahead of my international Scouting adventure – and honestly, they’re perfect. Every detail was intentional, from the shape to the polish, but it was the nail art that really blew me away. I gave her a pretty specific brief – something that blended Portuguese culture with a twist of Moot magic – and she absolutely nailed it (pun, obviously, intended). Shaff was warm, focused, and so skilled – one of those people who quietly makes you feel totally at ease while creating tiny masterpieces on your fingertips. Thank you, Shaff – you’re an artist.

I have had some great massages at some really nice venues but this was by far one of the best. From being greeted at the gate to the tea at the end, the whole experience was unbelievable. From the moment you step onto the studio, you’d forget you were in Bristol and you’re transported to an idyllic remote location where the service and experience couldn’t be more relaxing.

Charly was recommended to me by a friend as my usual nail technician was stuck in Thailand. From the minute I arrived Charly made me feel incredibly at ease, was really friendly and asked lots of questions about how I like my nails, their shape, what gels I prefer, really great experience and would definitely recommend.
