Heidi is very professional, knowledgeable, and experienced. I have very thick, wavy hair and have had many disappointing experiences with hairstylists in the past, so I am always nervous when trying someone new. However, Heidi immediately put me at ease because she truly knows what she is doing. She took the time to understand my hair type and delivered excellent results. I had Loretta & I loved her! I told her I wanted a butterfly cut, but I’m not good at styling my bangs so I don’t want them super short and she did exactly that. She did a wonderful job & she gained two more customers because I’ll be bringing my daughter to her as well.
