Awesome experience every time with these oaks at FBI. I always have a fantastic hair cut experience that exceeded all my expectations from the moment I walk into the salon, the atmosphere was welcoming and stylish. The staff were friendly and attentive, making me feel comfortable right away. My stylist (Graham) was not only skilled but also took the time to listen to my preferences and understand the look I wanted. Ever the consumate professional, Kito consistently delivers excellent service! This is why she's the best in the beauty industry! Her premises are neat & clean & she follows all hygiene protocols, which put me at ease. I usually just have my eyebrows threaded but today I tried individual lashes for the first time and I love them! Thank you Kito!

My experience with the facial peel I received was overall positive. I would like to take a moment to express my gratitude to Dr.Judey Pretorius for the pleasant facial treatment. I noticed a significant improvement in the texture and appearance on my skin after the facial. I mostly enjoyed the minimal downtime with the peel she did on my face. I appreciate the five month treatment plan she has prescribed to my Skin Haven therapist Charlize. I am in awe of the level of professionalism. It was like a joke, I was on their Instagram page and I urgently wanted to make a booking. I clicked on the link in the bio and it was magic - I could WhatsApp my enquiry and I received feedback immediately. I clicked the button for booking and I could select the service I wanted on which date and immediately I received an automated time slot available with payment details and address. This service won me over. I found my Beauty Home. oh, and did I mention the personal touch by Kiito, she made me feel at home and I LOVE her work.
