Ellie was really informative had really high standards in terms of attention to detail. She explained everything really well and kept my daughter calm throughout. Really quick and relatively painless ear piercing. Would highly recommend

I have been having lashes for years & like most people I don't like change, sadly my best friend/eye lash lady moved location so I was faced with trying to find somewhere new. I suffer with anxiety and really didn't want to go somewhere else! I knew of Charlene & her beauty lounge so I booked in! The minute I walked in I felt totally at ease the chairs are so comfortable, also I have very challenging lashes. I showed Charlene a picture & she made my lashes look easy work they are absolutly amazing I am in love with them. Highly recommended 💞

We brought my daughter to have her ears pierced and she was nervous but Elle took her time with her and put her at ease. I came today to have my septum done and was very happy with the result. Defo recommend for both experiences.
