Really enjoyed my make up and hair up appointment so relaxed and friendly. Very professional and listened to my ideas and helped me to choose a different look in makeup that I've never had . I booked with Amy to have a lash removal as my lashes had been poorly done with a previous beautician. I was stressed and upset with how sore my eyes were and after trying to get them removed with a different beautician that turned out unsuccessful I didn’t have much hope. Amy put me at ease straight away and was able to remove the lashes quick and painlessly. She was lovely company and gave me great advice, she really cares about her customers lash health and really shows in her work. Well done Amy, I can finally relax ☺️

Sophie has been my go-to beautician since I moved to Truro from South Africa . Her waxing technique is so amazing that I get very little pain during waxing. She also makes sure no hair is left behind. I haven’t seen such a professional and friendly beautician ever.

Having hay-fever is a nightmare! Knowing Zoe is an independent prescriber able to deliver allergy injections is a life saver. Kenalog helps me every year and being local even better!

As always a punctual,lovely friendly welcome from Amber followed by very relaxing, perfect temperature hair wash and ultimate excellent restyle and fantastically beautiful,full head of hair colour resulting in my leaving the salon as always looking like an admirable Beauty Queen.
