Gemma is amazing! I don’t trust anyone else to do my treatments (I worked in salons/clinics for years so so I’ve had many different people down there😂) she is by far the best. She is so warm and welcoming and her treatment standards are impeccable.

Perfection. Very pleased with my eyebrows, yet again Ursula has done a perfect job. She is so friendly and always happy to give treatment advice. A far more relaxing experience than going to a high street beauty salon.

Lucy is lovely as always , today was one year on from when I had my first ever micro-needling appointment. Lucy showed me the before and after photos and wow I was taken aback . Sometimes we are our own worst critic and we don’t realize how much progress we’ve made . I am delighted and couldn’t thank Lucy more for being part of that progress . Excited for the progress to continue and feel beautiful makeup free 🤍

Brilliant experience for trial bridal hair and makeup - felt so welcomed from the get go and I’ve walked away feeling so beautiful! When I went in for an appointment and Lucy looked at my face she informed me she was wouldn’t be able to treat me today . Although I’m gutted I couldn’t follow through my appointment . The fact that I was refused a service for my own well being and for the benefit of me rather than just given it so money could be made is something a lot of salons don’t do . I was reassured , advised and rebooked in and it made a situation that started off not ideal to ending to me knowing that it was done in my best interest . Thank you always xx

Really pleased with the results of my facial treatment and eyebrow shape and tint. Ursula has done a fantastic job as per usual. She’s a lovely lady and so friendly, I love going to her salon, I feel much more relaxed going to Ursula (compared to High Street salons). She is always happy to take the time to answer my questions and explain comprehensively any treatment queries I may have.

Good service. Would be better if the bed is turn the other way - opposite of the door (in case it opens) so dignity is maintained. Very humid as no ventilation inside and no airflow - struggle during the hot weather.
