I cannot recommend William's skincare products enough—I will never go back to shop-bought products. My skin is clear, feels soft, and has no more dry patches; even my redness has reduced. My routine now feels like a pamper session rather than a chore. I even left the house without makeup today, which I never would have done before. The facials are a must too—truly the most amazing facial and skincare experience. I always leave with glowing skin. From start to finish, the experience is exceptional, with a real spa feel. William also gives advise on how to support your skin from the inside out.

Working from her lovely little home pod, Ellie creates such a welcoming and friendly atmosphere. She’s incredibly talented, professional, and personable, and I genuinely look forward to my monthly appointments. Had a lovely experience at Knutsford Medi Spa, very relaxing and one of the best pedicures I have had. Lauren was very experienced but very gentle. I would strongly recommend her and will definitely be booking again soon.

William did my microneedling treatment today and he was absolutely amazing. He was professional, friendly, and made me feel comfortable from the moment I arrived. He explained every step of the process clearly, which really helped put me at ease. He was also lovely and chatty, making the whole experience enjoyable and relaxing. I felt completely confident in his care and expertise throughout the treatment. I would highly recommend William to anyone considering microneedling. Thank you for such a great experience!

My first visit to the Medi and Beauty Spa and I will be back. Definitely the best pedicure experience in Knutsford. Lauren did a wonderful job and the space itself is really lovely and comfortable (especially the air con in this heatwave!)

I honestly can’t recommend William enough. From the second I walked in, the whole experience felt calming, welcoming and luxurious. It wasn’t just the facial itself although my skin genuinely looks unbelievable today, it was William’s energy, the atmosphere, the clinic and the care throughout the entire process. You can tell so much thought and passion goes into what he does. I left feeling amazing both inside and out and I already can’t wait to come back. One of the best experiences I’ve had in a long time.
