Fran is always fantastic, answers questions i have, gives in depth guidance on after care and stages of healing. I cannot recommend her enough, she is thorough with amazing knowledge and experience. I am also incredibly grateful to know that her training and learning journey is always being updated, added on to and improving. Hayley explained everything in great detail before the procedure and was really thorough about what it entailed. We had a discussion about what i was hoping to achieve and Hayley talked me through it all. She was very gentle, careful and let me know what was happening as she went along. Amazing service!!! Abbie saved my hair after the terrible experience I had with a different hairdresser. She listening to everything I wanted and gave me expert advice. If you’re thinking of booking - do it!! I’ve been elsewhere for botox and filler and have never been as reassured and comfortable as I have been with Manal, I won’t go anywhere else now. I walked out my appointment with my dream nose after trying multiple other places for filler and am finally not insecure about it for the first time in my life, she really makes sure you recieve your vision and listens - not to mention she’s just absolutely lovely and so easy to chat to, massively recommend, so worth it!❤️xx
