Poppy is always so friendly and accommodating, so much knowledge and always listens to what you want. The only woman I've found to actually nail my hair extensions and does such a good job with my brows too!

Had a great experience today having my lashes and eyebrows done by Ciara. She is such a lovely friendly young lady who is very skilled in her work. She managed to fit me in for eyebrow wax and tint when the other beautician was off sick. I would highly recommend Ciara

I had a blackhead removal facial on Sat and it was such a lovely, relaxing experience. My skin feels incredibly soft and smooth afterwards, and I’m really pleased with the results. One thing I especially appreciated was being able to completely switch off without feeling like I needed to make conversation. It gave me the chance to relax and disappear into my own little world, which was exactly what I needed. The music created a really calming atmosphere, and the massage was absolutely wonderful. Overall, I thoroughly enjoyed the whole experience and would definitely recommend. Thank you x

Excellent from start to finish. Suzie was welcoming and friendly, showed exceptional care and attention. There was a faultless selection of appropriate earrings and Suzie took her time to explain the process and aftercare to my daughter. She wasn’t rushed through it and made my daughter feel completely at ease. Clean and comfortable surroundings. Absolutely no complaints. Fantastic service, one happy daughter!

What struck me most was the tenderness—I felt "like a baby or something very precious," completely looked after and nurtured. The flowing movements were incredibly soothing. The Little Retreat truly lives up to its promises—a beautiful space where your wellbeing becomes the priority. I'll book my next appointment very soon. An absolute gem!

Suzie pierced my daughter's ears and was so lovely! She had a great range of earrings and was very patient while my daughter decided which she liked best and then took time and care to get the placement just right. We had a great experience. Thank you

A tranquil escape in the heart of Epsom. I had the Utter Relaxation package as a treat for myself and it was the perfect way to switch off. Nestled away the cabin is so zen, Lisa has decorated it beautifully. Lisa is so accommodating and I felt really comfortable and at ease, I think I may have even nodded off for a moment during the facial. The massage and facial left me feeling incredibly relaxed - mission accomplished! I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a full pamper session.
