My experience of visiting Less is More beauty & holistics for a treatment service was lovely. Louise provided high quality customer service in a stress free calming environment in a quiet location outside Caerphilly town centre. Louise was very polite and pleasant and put me at ease during the treatment session. The result was fab, great, and the cost was a extremely reasonable, excellent ! I've been coming to Rachel for around 6 years now and tried a range of her beauty treatments. At the moment im addicted to her facials. Rachel's knowledge is unmatched and her customer service cannot be beat. She is honestly the most beautiful person inside and out and im sure all of her clients would agree. I always come out feeling relaxed refreshed and absolutely amazed by my results especially the Green sea peel just WOW. Even though I live in Cardiff the commute is definitely worth her treatments, knowledge and not to mention her prices cannot be beat.

5 star service as always from both Gemma and Jess. Where do I begin. I have been a regular customer of the salon angels for a few years now and Gemma and Jess are always so professional and helpful they both go above and beyond to make sure I’m comfortable. (Wheelchair user, so sometimes need their help) nothing is too much trouble for them and I always leave feeling happy and relaxed. Gemma’s skin care knowledge is second to none. It is about time Caerphilly had such a great salon/spa like experience . I have received so many compliments after having my facials .

Absolutely loved my appointment with Naomi once again! I wasn’t entirely sure what I wanted and let Naomi surprise me with what she think would look best with my face shape and also with my outfit for my event and she smashed it! I had a gorgeous burgundy eye which matched my dress perfectly and made me feel so pretty. It lasted for hours and the products felt lovely on my skin as it was well prepped. I would highly recommended Naomi, her skills and knowledge are fantastic!!

It was my first visit to the salon. So I was a bit nervous on arrival. Very professional attitude exhibited by the beautician especially as I received intimate waxing. The beautician put me at ease immediately and was considerate to my needs and emotions.
