Being Korean, I have high standards for skincare, and I'll be honest — I've left other clinics feeling underwhelmed. This was a completely different experience. She patiently explained each step, made the exfoliation totally comfortable (no pain at all!), and carried out the whole treatment with impressive skill and professionalism. I absolutely love this place. From the second you walk in, you feel so welcomed and relaxed. Gurinder is super sweet, really listens to what you want, and makes you feel totally at ease. She does everything with so much care and attention to detail. I walked out feeling refreshed, pampered, and more confident than ever. It’s such a cozy, happy place, and you can tell that she really loves what she does. Highly recommend if you want to treat yourself — I always go back to her.
