Best makeup artist ever

Jafrica is warm, peaceful and professional. I have the experience of frequently photographing her artistry on many brides, and I had the privilege of being a canvas myself. She saw my vision and inspiration for my wedding day makeup and executed as I imagined. From the skin care prep and actual makeup application, she was gentle and warm. My makeup lasted the entire day … we’re talking about 12 hours in warm weather … with oily skin. I was tremendously impressed and definitely recommend!

The service at Kali Rose Beauty is 10/10. Whether it's nail treatment (mani / Pedi) or makeup it's great to be in a relaxing environment that lets you forget about everything else. I highly recommend.

Professional, friendly, and great at what she does. My first experience was hands-down my best professional makeup experience... until my second experience with her. I looked like an enhanced version of myself and it felt like there was nothing on my face. And touch-up where? As long as she's available, she's the one I book for my makeup.

10 out of 10. My hair has grown inches in a short amount of time. The care she gives makes such a huge difference. I am officially Carnival ready! A time was had, and a Baddie was upgraded. No notes. (P.S. Unfortunately, I was late today, and S was so gracious about it, so I made sure that tip was tipping.)

Anique was extremely accommodating and welcoming, with a warm and friendly attitude. I explained my likes and dislikes when it came to makeup, and she delivered exactly what I wanted. I left feeling completely satisfied, with my beauty beautifully enhanced. And did I mention—the makeup did not move or get oily the entire night? I left the function looking exactly the same as when I arrived. I will definitely be returning.

It was an amazing experience! I was curious as to how well this virtual session would go seeing as how I have very little skill in makeup application but this was awesome seeing how using specific techniques made a beautiful look come together!!! I’ll definitely want to do this again to learn additional techniques!
