From the first phone call to inquire of specific services to two appointments in, the Customer Service, Trained Professionals, and substantial knowledge within this Spa is absolutely amazing! I have found this gem of a place to now be my #1 go to for all health/beauty related services with complete confidence. Rebecca was very knowledgeable and has a lot of experience. I throughly enjoyed the facial. I even went to the health food store and bought so things she suggested. Would totally recommend.

Aoki does an incredible job as my massage therapist. I highly recommend her and the Lakewood Ranch Med Spa. It’s amazing how much better I feel only after 3 sessions with Aoki. Booking my 4th one now !

Adialia is a fantastic therapist. Strong hands and was a great 90 minutes. Sam was also terrific helping with the red light and HOCATT (which I had not done before and is worth a try). I recommend 20 West Organic Spa to anyone living or visiting the area with their many treatments available for the mind/body/soul.

First, but certainly not the last, time I had visited 20 WOS! What a fantastic experience. I've had (literally) hundreds of massages, but this ranked amongst the best! Adilia isn't a therapist; she's a healer. She could read my body like a book! I felt 1000x better when finished. Highly recommend both her services and 20WOS!
