I was a little unsure what to expect, but Michele’s expertise put me entirely at ease. The PRP treatment itself was far more comfortable than I anticipated.Michele is simply outstanding trustworthy skin therapist. I will definitely be returning and recommending her to everyone I know!

I had such a lovely experience at Freeda Clinic today. From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was calm, clean and very welcoming. Khiana was incredibly professional and took time to listen to exactly what I wanted, which made me feel comfortable throughout.

Michelle and Khianna are absolutely incredible, they have made me feel a million dollars without making me feel like I needed to change a thing! A beautifully designed place that stands out from the rest in Westbourne. Khianna has been my therapist for the past five years. Khianna has a very calming presence. And is absolutely lovely and makes me feel at ease every time I have an appointment. I Highly recommend Freeda!

First appointment today and I have to admit I felt a little nervous for some reason, however Michele and the team made me so welcome and were so kind - all was absolutely fine and pleased I’ve started on a little self improvement, which is never a bad thing. I highly recommend Freeda Clinic.

I've been having botox for a couple of years now but wasn't 100% confident with my results, at the previous place. A friend recommend trying this clinic, with the beautiful Khianna. I have to say, i love the results and i am definitely feeling a lot more happier and confident with my results. Khianna has been looking after me for nearly a year now and I would highly recommend her to anyone.

I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my face after bad experiences in the past with other clinics. Freeda are amazing , they actually really care & listen . I would 100% recommend Freeda clinic . Been using freeda clinic for treatment for a over a year & wouldn't go anywhere else l trust them all & have always been happy with the treatment received & they are all so lovely friendly & welcoming especially as l get anxiety they all make you feel relaxed .

Recently returned to the clinic for some treatments and was in the very good hands of Victoria! Felt so at ease right away and very looked after! Spoke of other 'tweakments', booked a consultation and decided to go ahead with the expertise & high customer service recieved. Happy with the treatments. Nothing pushed on you, nothing oversold to you. Just simple natural enhancements. Clinic aesthetic is also pleasing. Highly recommend Freeda Clinic!

WOW! Amazing new clinic, very calm and inviting. Had my 6month top up Seventy Hyal with Michele first time treatment with her, she is absolutely beautiful. We even had a consultation regarding other treatments which I'm looking forward to booking! Felt so good after, extremely good customer service!

I had Botox today at Freeda Clinic in Westbourne with Michele and honestly, what a lovely experience. Michele is just a dream — so soft, calming, gentle and honest. She immediately made me feel at ease and whisked away every insecurity with kindness and reassurance. There was absolutely no pressure or overselling, just gentle guidance about what my journey could look like over time. She was very keen not to overdo anything and encouraged a gradual approach to make sure I felt comfortable. The clinic is stunning — immaculate, peaceful and so calming. 1000000/10 🤍

I had such an amazing experience with Khianna! I had my chin, lip fillers, and Botox done, and everything was absolutely perfect. She made me feel so relaxed and comfortable from start to finish, which really helped ease any nerves I had. Her attention to detail and professionalism were outstanding, and I’m so happy with the results—they look natural and exactly what I wanted. Honestly couldn’t recommend Freeda Clinic and Khianna enough!
