Was pleased with my Gym session with Andrew in relation to my knee issues. He showed me how to use machines properly to strengthen my knees, explained things and stayed with me throughout. Encouragement given has made me feel I am doing the right thing to unable me to walk and move around better. Going to book a few more sessions with Andrew.

Had a great experience with HIFU treatment with Ritika. She explained the process really well and made sure I was comfortable through out the treatment.
