I booked my first treatment with Julia. That's time I was so confused but Julia made me feel relaxed and welcome and gave me lots of good advice - she is a very experienced therapist. Charlotte is absolutely amazing! From the moment I walked in, she made me feel comfortable and completely at ease. She’s professional, knowledgeable, and really takes the time to explain everything properly. I felt listened to and in very safe hands throughout the whole appointment. I had dermaplaning for the first time ever and I was quite nervous going in but I didn’t need to be! The clinic was warm, inviting and comfortable. She even put her electric blanket on for me😆 My skin feels clean, smooth and glowy now! Thank you so much Charlotte x

I am such a wuss with pain and Charlotte makes the whole process easy and painless. I always ask her to count down before injecting and she always does and it really helps. Also her clinic is welcoming, beautiful and clean. Highly recommend! 🎀
